We make every attempt to treat you not just as a person, but more as royalty. Without YOU - we are nothing! When we do falter because we are humans, and do have off days at doing our very best, let us know. We will always attempt to make things right if at all possible

Security of your personal information We take this very seriously. We will never sell or rent your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances. We value your trust very highly, and will work to protect the security and privacy of any personal information you provide to us. When you register for a race, your personal information is the property of that race. This information does not include credit card information.

What Personal Information We Collect As set forth in more detail below we collect personal information that you provide when using the Race Timing Unlimited website. This information includes, however, is not limited to, your first and last name, email address and a password when you create your account. Passwords are encrypted so we never know what they are or contain.

Creating an Account or not it is your choice. You can browse our websites without creating an account. However, to register for a race or event for yourself or a family member, you must create an account. It is highly suggested that you create an account so as to take advantage of all the sites extended functions.

Purchase Information When you register for a race, we collect your name, billing address, payment information so as to complete your order. We do not maintain payment information on our databases.

On-Line Transaction Fees We reserve to charge an on-line transaction fee for a race or event registration. This fee is not listed separately on receipts and may be $1 for entry fees less than $16, $2 for entry fees between $16 and $30, $3 for entry fees between $30 and $45 and $4 for entry fees between $45 and $60.

When Our Policies Change We reserve the right to change, modify or amend this policy at any time. Please check our Privacy Policy periodically for changes. Use of this site implies that you consent to this Privacy Policy and how we conduct our business with you.

Spam or Spamming We do not spam others and will not tolerate spamming. We do send out email alerts for race results and upcoming races to race participants only.
