For Ages All ages. Runners under 15 years old are not encouraged to run.
Course Out and back on Dahlgren Rail Heritage Trail from mile post 0 to just past mile post 6.5. Trail Map

Wave Starts Because of trail restrictions near the start, start waves of about 20 runners each will be used based on gender and age. To win an overall cash award, you must start in the elite wave. To win an age group award, you must start in the appropriate wave. Waves will start 2 minutes apart. Waves (subject to change)

Result Timing Manual timing provided by Race Timing Unlimited. Gun times will be recorded. All awards are based on Gun Time.
Directions to Feb 25, 2012 Packet Pickup from I-95, exit 130B - going west – take first right onto Carl Silver Parkway. Just before Fall Hill Ave, VA Runner will be on your right.
Directions to Start/Finish from Fredericksburg 9 miles east on Rt 3. Turn left on Bloomsbury Rd (Rt 605). Trailhead is 1.5 miles on the right. Parking at the trailhead is limited, please carpool.
